How do I open a locker to access my packages? We'll send you an email or text notification with an access code when your package has arrived.

For lockers, scan your QR code to open a locker and put your parcel inside. For shops, show the staff member your QR code to scan, and hand your parcel over, and we'll do the rest.

You can retrieve your package after you receive the first email with a six-digit access code or a QR code. The code is generated when a postal employee places the package into a USPS Smart Locker. Packages can be picked up 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from a USPS Smart Locker location.

A key will be left in the mailbox to be used as a parcel locker key. This key has a tag that indicates the parcel locker that contains the item. Insert the key into the correct parcel locker, and the mail piece can be retrieved. The key will remain in the locker once it is inserted.

The local post office determines how long a package can stay in a USPS parcel locker. Generally, they will keep it there for up to 10 days before returning it to the sender. International packages may be kept in parcel delivery lockers for up to 15 days.

If you're unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, UPS may deliver your package to a UPS Access Point^® location near your home, where your package will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar days.

Shop online and select Pick locker as your delivery option upon checkout. You will receive a SMS/Email when your parcel is ready for collection at the chosen Pick locker station. At the Pick locker station, click on Collect Parcel. Key in the Parcel Collection PIN sent to your SMS/Email.
