Made an appointment, they were able to get me in early. NP Wendy was great. She listened to my issues, made her diagnosis and prescribed medication. 24 hours later I feel so much better. I highly recommend the Lake Stevens Indigo office

Scheduling the night before was very simple and I could get an appointment for whatever time worked.. had upper back pain for 6 days alls alls the provider did was poke around on my back and prescribe muscle relaxers that aren’t even hitting the pain and irritation. After visit summery notes say may require further work up and testing but they cannot be evaluated in the urgent care… okay? What is urgent care for then? Because I wasn’t even offered an xray, didn’t listen to my breathing, none of it. What was the actual point of them giving muscle relaxers if they don’t even know what the cause was 🤦‍♀️

My son had toe injury; the provider and MA took a good care of him, they took x ray, offered special sandals, and did open referral provider said it is fractured but let’s wait for the x ray report and we will call you.I got home MA called me indicating there is NO fracture!But for a reason I know something was wrong so I took him to Seattle Children Hospital and the specialist told me it is fractured and they did tape it to the wrong side which caused him a pain for whole night.Error like this can cause a lot medical problems; and this is not professional.

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important. Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

Recently, I stepped on a rusty nail and immediately my family and I looked up and found the MultiCare clinic near Aurora.The office staff and medical professionals were friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I have not had any better service at any other place and have had quite a few medical mishaps!(:I would absolutely recommend this provider to strangers as well as family members.

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!
